Internships, scholarships, and other opportunities are available to Kappa Omicron Nu members through the Association of College Honor Societies, including:

The Washington Internship Institute

(WII) – WII’s programs combine practical, real and challenging internship experiences; stimulating and rigorous academic coursework; co-curricular activities including networking opportunities, community service projects, and events featuring distinguished guest speakers; convenient housing; and guidance and support from WII’s staff.

The Fund for American Studies

(TFAS) – For more than 40 years, The Fund for American Studies, in partnership with Georgetown University, has been educating student leaders from across the nation and world. They offer summer and semester institutes that combine rigorous courses for academic credit with competitive internships, leadership development activities, and lectures led by prominent policy experts.

The Washington Center

(TWC) – The Washington Center is a leading nonprofit educational organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. It provides undergraduates, graduate students and professionals from the U.S. and abroad with internship-centered academic terms in the nation’s capital and selected cities abroad. TWC enables students to gain the experience needed for entry-level employment and to prepare for lives of achievement, engagement and leadership. Founded in 1975, TWC has enrolled over 50,000 students in its various programs.

The Osgood Center for International Studies

The Osgood Center is a nonprofit educational organization that provides short-term academic seminars and semester or term internships for students in all major fields in the nation’s capital. Known for its quality programming, individual attention and exceptional experiential activities, the Osgood Center allows college students the opportunity to have a professional-style internship experience that will help them achieve their academic and career goals.

The PhD Project

The PhD Project is an alliance of foundations, corporations, universities, and professional and academic organizations dedicated to increasing minority representation in the business world. Our expansive network of support helps African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans and Native Americans attain their business Ph.D., become business school professors and serve as role models to attract the next generation of minority business leaders.

United Planet

United Planet is an international non-profit organization, headquartered in Boston, devoted to building a global network of leaders and volunteers which fosters cross-cultural understanding and addresses shared global challenges through immersive international service, internships, and cross-cultural collaboration. The underlying principle of our programs is the concept of Relational Diplomacy – recognizing that the relationships between people of diverse backgrounds are the basic building blocks for uniting the world.
