Mardelyn Schultz, KON's new graduate student blogger, is in this month's member spotlight!
In addition to pursuing her Master's degree in the Great Plains Interactive Dependent Education Alliance Program through Kansas State University, Mardelyn works as a clinical dietitian for St. Joseph's Hospital in Bellingham and as a dietitian at the Women, Infants, Children Program for United District #304 in Sedro Woolley. She has been a registered dietitian for 10 years.
Despite her demanding and fulfilling schedule, Mardelyn is excited to be a part of Kappa Omicron Nu and is looking forward to being a contributing member of the blog as a writer.
