Member Spotlight - December 2013

Kelsey Condon

Kelsey CondonKelsey Condon is an undergraduate student majoring in human development at Washington State University Vancouver.  She joined Kappa Omicron Nu in February 2013 and is now the secretary of the Nu Mu Chapter.  In her spare time, she volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club and at a local shelter for teen moms and their children.

Kelsey has been the engine behind the many planned events for the Nu Mu Chapter this academic year.  She helped to organize a graduate school information session, a planning session for students preparing for internships, and a peer mentoring program to support new students in the Human Development degree program.

Once she completes her degree in May 2014, she hopes to find a position with an adoption agency as a human service professional.  Ultimately, she hopes to go back to school to obtain her Masters in Teaching and teach middle school English/social studies.
